Caminho Real do Paul do Mar

PR 19 Caminho Real do Paul do Mar descends from Prazeres to the coastal village of Paul do Mar on a historic stone path. The route begins near Lombo da Rocha viewpoint, with views over Jardim do Mar, Paul do Mar, cliffs and the Atlantic, then zigzags down through terraced farmland and old access steps. Although short, it is steep and can be slippery. Its strength is the blend of heritage, agricultural terraces and a dramatic arrival at the sea.
